Your new role
In this role, you will support the Wealth Management team with day‑to‑day operational and client‑servicing tasks, including:
- Preparing account‑opening documents and assisting with client onboarding activities.
- Supporting periodic KYC reviews, name screening, and documentation checks.
- Coordinating with client advisors and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows.
- Handling daily transaction processing and resolving operational issues.
- Ensuring data accuracy and timely completion of all tasks in a high‑volume environment.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 1 year of recent experience in the BFSI industry, with exposure to KYC, client onboarding, or financial documentation processes.
- Open to fresh graduates with a finance‑related background.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
