We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a
Client Manager, Client Management.
In this role you will: - Delivers AMH 's GTS CM strategy and operating model, aligned with the global GTS CM target operating model
- Contribute to achieving the overall business objective of revenue growth through various business initiatives, revenue retention, reduced sales time on service, proactive management of GTS service performance and increased clients' usage of self-serve solutions
- Managing and resolving clients' queries, issues, feedback and complaints relating to Trade Transactions, trade account opening, HSBCnet trade modules focus on but not limited to: Import/Export/Receivables Finance, Guarantees, Standby DC etc
- Work as a team player and team contributor and coordinate with various stakeholders: Transaction Services staff, Sales, RMs and other internal / external customers to maintain high standard of service performance and provide solutions to identified issues or business opportunities
- Provide transactional trade advisory to both internal and external customers: assigned portfolio clients, Sales and RMs, and provide inputs on account planning
- Provide Traditional trade related, Receivables Finance and Guarantees related expert inputs to the clients and internal teams, as necessary to identify new potential opportunities
To be successful you will need: - A Bachelor degree preferable in business or related area
- Strong experience in customer service-oriented roles
- Good knowledge of traditional trade products, account opening, and banking facilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership to create a collaborative work environment with a wide variety of business stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions using good judgment and business sense
- Ability to plan and prioritize effectively with good analytical and problem-solving skills, including the identification of appropriate experts to execute deliverables and business opportunities
- Strong spoken and written English with fluency in Cantonese is preferred
