- Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage various server operating systems, middleware, SAN storage, virtualization platforms, and data backup solutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain High Availability (HA) / Disaster Recovery (DR) architectures for system environments.
- Monitor system environments and manage performance and capacity.
- Troubleshoot system incidents and conduct root cause analysis.
- Implement and maintain baseline configurations and security settings.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (e.g., Python, Shell).
- Define backup strategies and verify backup integrity and success.
- Develop relevant policies, standards, procedures, and manuals.
- Participate in the bank's daily project planning and implementation.
- Track emerging technologies and provide optimization recommendations.
- Perform other assigned ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher; industry-recognized technical certifications preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in maintaining at least one of the following:
- Server Operating Systems: Windows Server, SUSE Linux, Red Hat Linux, Kylin Server OS (or other domestic OS)ï¼›Middleware: WebSphere, Liberty, Tomcat, Nginx, BES Application Server (Baolande)ï¼›Virtualization: VMware, FusionCompute SAN Storageï¼›Backup Software: NetBackup
- Meticulous, responsible, and able to adhere to bank policies and regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English; Cantonese speaking ability is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.
