Job Description
- Review and approve credit limit applications and internal credit rating, and provide recommendations to senior management for approval
- Assess credit exposures from OTC transactions, comprehensive understanding on reviewing structure lending and bond issuer Credit
- Negotiate and review credit terms (ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA)
- Monitor for adverse news about counterparty, credit exposures, and issuer credit quality
- Update procedures and prepare credit and risk committee reports
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant risk management experience in Banking/ Financial institution/ Investment Banking
- Bachelor Degree holder in Finance, Business or related discipline
- Sound understanding of financial products (Equities, Futures & Options, FICC, OTC derivatives), as well as investment banking/asset management business
- Good exposure of credit risk management, experienced in credit review
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
