Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced, forward-thinking professional to join us as Assistant Vice President (AVP) in the post-trade cash equity market sector. The successful candidate must have a strong commitment to driving improvements in systems and operations. We seek someone proactive who excels in fast-paced settings and is passionate about fostering innovation and high standards of service.
Job Duties: Responsibilities: - Contribute to the creation and execution of strategies that improve service quality, technology efficiency, and overall system capacity.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess requirements and recommend solutions to manage potential risks.
- Participate in the oversight of solution design and validation, ensuring comprehensive business documentation and use case development.
- Ensure effective and prompt communication with stakeholders, keeping them updated on project progress and developments.
- Promote continuous improvement by championing innovation and best practices.
- Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Support service enhancement and strategic improvement projects to enhance operational effectiveness and client satisfaction.
- Help deliver project objectives and results within set timeframes and budgets.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience with a reputable financial institution.
- Proven background in leadership or support roles such as business analyst, project manager, or similar positions.
- Strong understanding of CCASS or cash equity markets in Hong Kong or globally is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is mandatory.
