Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full-cycle corporate finance engagements, including IPOs, M&A deals, and capital market activities.
- Provide expert guidance on listing processes, regulatory compliance, and strategic positioning for clients.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee due diligence efforts, working closely with internal teams, external advisors, and regulatory authorities.
- Initiate and develop investment projects, including strategic planning and channel development.
- Conduct in-depth market research, financial analysis, and valuation modelling to assess transaction viability.
- Prepare high-quality corporate presentations, pitch books, and business proposals tailored to client needs.
- Mentor and lead project teams, ensuring effective execution and professional development.
- Participate in business travel and on-site visits as required to support project execution and client engagement.
- Assist senior management in maintaining and expanding relationships with investors, investees, and business partners.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are strongly preferred.
- Strong track record and experience in corporate finance, ideally within investment banking or professional services.
- Strong understanding of listing rules and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
- Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes
