Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiry by providing quality service via inbound and outbound call
- Process customer investment and banking transaction correctly and effectively
- Participate in enhancement projects of system or AI functions
- Help deepen customer relationship by cross-selling Bank's services and products
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business/Finance or other financial related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years' experience in banking/financial institution with sound knowledge of various investment & banking products
- Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations & Hong Kong Securities & Investment Institute Licensing Examinations
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua a must
