Your new role - As the Head of IT, reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will lead a team of 10 the overall IT strategy, ERP roadmap, application portfolio, and day-to-day technology operations across Hong Kong.
Leading application and project delivery and manage system integration across ERP, HR, manfacturing and warehouse operations. - Overseeing IT operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and service delivery to ensure stable and secure systems.
- Managing an internal IT team and external vendors to deliver high-quality services and projects on time and within budget.
What you'll need to succeed - Leadership roles within IT, Applications, or ERP environments.
- Strong background in Application Management, ERP implementation, and Project Management.
- Hands-on experience delivering ERP projects, including requirement design, implementation, rollout, and enhancement.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing workflows, warehouse processes, logistics, HR, procurement, and finance operations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or Oracle ERP is a strong plus.
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISA, or ERP vendor certifications are beneficial.
