We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a
Global Head of Product, SaaP. In this role you will: - Lead Product Strategy and Development: Oversee the full lifecycle of digital authentication and identity products, from vision and strategy through to delivery, ensuring alignment with HSBC's security objectives and quality standards
- Drive Innovation and Market Differentiation: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for innovation, ensuring our solutions remain competitive and compliant with local and global regulations.
- Empower and Develop Teams: Lead, mentor and inspire a diverse team of Product Owners, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture within the Digital Authentication value stream.
- Engage Stakeholders and Align Goals: Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to gather insights, align on goals and ensure products meet both business and customer needs.
- Monitor Performance and Manage Risk: Establish and track Key Performance Indicators to measure product success, drive continuous improvement, and proactively identify and mitigate risks in line with HSBC's policies and regulatory requirements.
To be successful you will need: - Expertise in Digital Authentication, Identity & Security technologies is critical. Must also have prior experience in development and commercialisation of new products across global markets and digital platforms.
- Proven track record in product management, including digital product delivery, agile methodologies and product portfolio management.
- Skilled at collaborating with dispersed, cross-functional teams within an agile environment.
- Comfortable with leading market research initiatives, driving product innovation and translating insights into actionable product roadmaps.
- Strong strategic leadership, analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
*This is a hybrid working role with the base location as London/Hing Kong/Singapore.
