We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a
Protective Security Technology Manager. In this role you will: - Supervise / undertake the System Team daily duties in Hong Kong.
- System administration (system status monitoring; configuration management and improvement)
- User access management (user privileges; recertification, etc)
- Team administration and financial management (rosters, OT approval/admin, expense claims, etc)
- Inventory management (spare parts)
- Team performance and risk management reporting
- Fulfilment of security data requests (access, alarms, video, etc)
- Act as OIC in team manager's absence.
- Manage the delivery of the following services for Hong Kong markets as required:
- Coordinate support to retail projects (design/advice/commissioning).
- Systems procurement and Third party management (contracts, orders and performance)
- Systems maintenance planning, coordination and first line support
- Systems incident response and issue remediation
- Systems procedures, data and drawings management
- Act as, or support, the Third Party Engagement Manager (TPEM) for any outsourced services and suppliers, including procurement, contracted performance monitoring and third party risk management.
- Develop and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage change including documenting processes, procedures and communicating change
- Develop and maintain internal and external relationships required to support this function
- Provide support to other PS teams, sites and incidents as required
To be successful you will need: - 5+ years of relevant experience working in a Electronic Security/Technology needs including Extra low-Voltage (ELV) systems through designing, specifying systems to tendering / procurement and project management
- Experience in design, specification, implementation, construction, maintenance and support role of Electronic Security/Technology
- Security experience or education an advantage
- Experience in working with and influencing stakeholders to achieve objectives
- Knowledge in areas such as physical security, technology administration or support, service delivery, operations, data analysis and management, automation and/or project management
- Ability to lead people in a service/operational environment
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with a range of stakeholders, customers and agencies at senior and working levels
- Experience managing third party services and suppliers
- Sound judgement and ability to provide advice and make decisons under pressure and consitent with established policy, procedures and the local risk context
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with high ethical standards
- Ability to identify gaps or inefficiencies and then deliver improvement actions at pace through process, technology or people change
- Good English and Cantonese language skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications and able to quickly pick up other technology platforms
- Proficiency in the use of Computer Aided Design applications such as AutoCAD, AutoDesk Revit and Building Information Modelling (BIM) etc
