Responsibilities: - Accelerate growth of a high quality Bancassurance business through Manulife partnership with the objective to build and contribute on a quality life business portfolio.
- Ensure sufficient level of productivity and meaningful activities, including meetings for business development and servicing.
- Boost up sales momentum of assigned district / team.
- Deliver quality, need-based solutions to meet corporate wealth needs, which are Keyman Protection, Loan Protection and Employee Benefit.
- Boost up sales momentum via product briefing, localized BD program management
- IBG Bancassurance cross referral
- Retain/Upsell existing policies and monitor lapsation
Requirements: - Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
- Sales or marketing experiencein financial institutions, with proven track record in selling insurance products
- Qualified to carry out insurance and investment regulated activities
- Motivated individual with a drive to succeed and a talent for sales
- Customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in corporate banking is preferred
