Senior IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure stability, scalability, prompt issue resolution, and efficient change and release management by taking complete control of the end-to-end application landscape, which includes Oracle Cloud ERP, D365, B2B/B2C and digital platforms, mobile applications, integration middleware, SCM and field solutions, and internal systems.
• Oversee full project deployments, including design of solutions, vendor management, delivery, post-launch support, and requirements collection and validation.
• To modernize or retire outdated applications and increase overall performance and efficiency, find areas for optimization and assess new technologies.
• Manage networks, data warehouses and pipelines, storage environments, and endpoints in on-premise, distant data center, and cloud architecture.
• Assure robust IT governance in the areas of data protection, cybersecurity, access control, and regulatory compliance. Evaluate IT risks and controls and keep DR/BCP frameworks up to date with regular testing.
• Oversee vendor agreements and performance indicators to guarantee economical adherence to established service standards and specifications.
• Help management with budgeting and project planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Shown capacity to promote alignment across many stakeholder groups and work well with others.
• Prior knowledge of AI technologies and how they are used in operational processes is highly advantageous.
• Proven experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, D365, and integration middleware
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
• Outstanding writing and vocal communication skills in Mandarin and Cantonese as well as English.
