Job Duties
- Ensure appropriate access controls and licensing models are correctly implemented across the M365 environment.
- Serve as the escalation point for M365‑related issues and drive them to full resolution.
- Administer and manage Exchange Online.
- Assess, recommend, and implement M365 messaging technologies to replace existing third‑party tools.
- Evaluate and adopt Microsoft's mobile device management solutions to transition away from current third‑party platforms.
- Administer and support Microsoft Teams.
- Monitor and remediate system alerts, advisories, and security notifications within the M365 ecosystem.
- Support business teams in adopting M365 services such as OneDrive, Intune, Power Apps, and additional tools within the suite.
- Stay updated on new M365 features and enhancements, advising stakeholders on potential benefits and implementation opportunities for the firm.
Job Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture and capabilities.
- Hands‑on experience administering Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams.
- Practical experience managing Azure AD.
- Knowledge of Conditional Access policies.
- Familiarity with M365 user and product licensing.
- Proven experience taking ownership of technical delivery and issue resolution.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
