Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Back Office or Operations, ideally with at least 8 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage projects effectively while driving process improvements. A solid understanding of financial products in FICC is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with crucial tasks like managing static data, post-trade processing, settlement, cash management, and nominee services.
- Oversee trade bookings, validations, life cycle management, investigations, and settlements for FICC products
- Collaborate with front and back office teams to ensure that trading activities are accurately recorded
- Enhance process efficiency and foster transformative changes across operations
- Review and refine current practices to align with industry standards.
- Implement enhancements to improve overall management and efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 8 years of experience in Back Office or Operations, with project management experience
- Knowledge of financial products within Equity Derivatives and FICC, along with strong multitasking, project management, and risk control skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder interaction at all management levels.
- Preferred experience in process transformation; ability to review and automate operations tasks to enhance efficiency.
