We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a
Client Service Executive Team Lead. In this role you will: - Serve as the primary contact for high net worth or ultra high net worth individual clients, handling client's enquiries, requests, and flow transactional banking needs.
- Support Relationship Managers in business development activities, taking client's order, and to prepare and conduct daily transactions, ensuring accuracy and promptness.
- Maintain the highest standard of excellence in client service, ensuring account opening documents and credit applications are complete, accurate, and meet all requirements and deadlines.
- Ensure all client-service activities comply with internal processes, procedures, and controls, with a focus on risk, control, CDD/KYC, and account operations.
- As a People Manager, lead and supervise the CSE team, providing coaching, nurturing, and operational support, included but not limited to process changes and initiatives.
- Maintains strong supervisory oversight and act as the first escalation point for CSE day to day work especially on business processes, operational feedback/ challenges focusing on risk, control, CDD/KYC and account operation etc.
- Engage to design, review, and deliver CSE training content; drive consistency in CSE onboarding experience and ongoing people development. Identify talents and oversee end-to-end CSE hiring process.
To be successful you will need: - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Solid years of progressive private banking experience; must be licensed
- Demonstrated customer service, communication, sales, analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
- Solid understanding of private banking industry practices, products, services, and controls.
- Credit skills, ideally with experience serving high net worth individuals or business banking clients.
- Proven people management, coaching, and leadership experience.
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office applications, and excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English.
