You will take full ownership across the entire deal lifecycle and play a pivotal role in defining the long‑term success and direction of the fund. Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with stakeholders to lead all phases of the investment process.
- Maintain deep networks across founders, CEOs, advisors and ecosystem partners to support deal origination.
- Evaluate new investment opportunities through market research, financial modelling, and valuation.
- Partner with portfolio company management teams to execute growth initiatives and monitor business performance.
- Contribute to firm‑wide investment strategy, fundraising activities, and best‑practice development.
- Represent the firm externally at industry events, conferences and ecosystem roundtables.
- Conduct ongoing financial and operational reviews, identifying risks, strategic opportunities, and value‑creation levers.
Qualifications

- Over 10 years in private equity with proven deal execution experience in technology or related sectors.
- Proven track record of leading and closing complex transactions.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
- Proven deal execution experience in technology or financial institution sectors.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives, founders, and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Attention to detail with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- High intellectual curiosity, strong business judgment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in Cantonese/Mandarin.
