Key Responsibilities

    • Work closely with stakeholders to lead all phases of the investment process.
    • Maintain deep networks across founders, CEOs, advisors and ecosystem partners to support deal origination.
    • Evaluate new investment opportunities through market research, financial modelling, and valuation.
    • Partner with portfolio company management teams to execute growth initiatives and monitor business performance.
    • Contribute to firm‑wide investment strategy, fundraising activities, and best‑practice development.
    • Represent the firm externally at industry events, conferences and ecosystem roundtables.
    • Conduct ongoing financial and operational reviews, identifying risks, strategic opportunities, and value‑creation levers.

Qualifications

    • Over 10 years in private equity with proven deal execution experience in technology or related sectors.
    • Proven track record of leading and closing complex transactions.
    • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
    • Proven deal execution experience in technology or financial institution sectors.
    • Ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives, founders, and stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
    • Attention to detail with a solutions-oriented mindset.
    • High intellectual curiosity, strong business judgment.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in Cantonese/Mandarin.
