Your new role - Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, management accounts, and analysis.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and cost control.
- Manage invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
- Work with auditors, tax advisors, and external partners as required.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business planning and growth.
What you'll need to succeed - Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; CPA preferred.
- 8+ years of relevant experience, MUST have knowledge of crypto, digital assets, or Web3.
- Strong communication skills with fluent English.
- Outgoing, collaborative personality and comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
