Associate, ETF operations

Your future role

• Execute, reconcile, and monitor ETF trades across multiple markets and venues in real time
• Oversee the full creation and redemption lifecycle, ensuring timely settlements and accurate inventory management
• Manage trade breaks, fails, and exceptions, working closely with brokers, custodians, and internal teams to resolve issues
• Provide day-to-day front‑office operational support to the trading desks
• Contribute to the design, enhancement, and testing of operational processes, controls, and automation initiatives
• Coordinate onboarding and connectivity with exchanges, brokers, and clearing partners
• Help define and implement a robust operational control framework for ETF trading

Your current skill set

• 3+ years of experience in ETF operations
• Strong understanding of ETF lifecycles, including creation and redemption processes
• Proven experience supporting real-time trading environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
