A global multinational corporation is implementing a regional supply chain transformation program involving the integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) with a new Warehouse Management System (WMS) across multiple APAC markets.
To support this initiative, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business System Analyst to lead functional design activities, drive process alignment, and oversee end-to-end integration work between ERP and WMS platforms. The role requires strong business acumen, deep functional expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-regional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities 1. Business Process Analysis
  • Conduct detailed analysis of existing supply chain and warehouse operations across multiple markets.
  • Identify functional gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in current processes.
  • Produce clear documentation of business requirements and operational workflows.
2. ERP-WMS Integration
  • Lead the functional design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to WMS integrations.
  • Define data mapping, interface logic, integration rules, and exception-handling scenarios.
  • Work closely with middleware and integration teams to ensure reliable and accurate data flows.
3. Project Execution & Delivery
  • Manage functional project activities including requirement gathering, solution design, documentation, UAT planning, training, deployment, and hypercare support.
  • Develop and maintain functional specifications, test scripts, user guides, and SOPs.
  • Coordinate with global, regional, and local teams to ensure timely and consistent delivery.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Engage with IT, supply chain, logistics, operations, and business stakeholders across APAC and Europe.
  • Serve as a liaison between business users, system vendors, and technical development teams.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to align requirements and ensure solution coherence.
5. System Support & Continuous Improvement
  • Support downstream integrations including POS, replenishment systems, and Power Platform applications.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and resolution for ERP/WMS integration issues.
  • Recommend process enhancements and system improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
6. Governance & Standardization
  • Ensure alignment with global solution templates and corporate technology standards.
  • Promote standardization and documentation consistency across all regional markets.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business System Analyst within ERP supply chain, logistics, or distribution environments.
  • Strong functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations , particularly in Supply Chain Management modules.
  • Hands-on experience integrating ERP platforms with Warehouse Management Systems or equivalent supply chain applications.
  • Solid understanding of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory management, replenishment, and related processes.
  • Proven capability in preparing functional documentation, leading UAT, and collaborating with development and integration teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across regions and functions.
  • Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • Regional project experience is preferred.
