Your new company A top US investment bank is seeking a syndication analyst to join its Debt Capital Markets team, supporting deal execution of a broad range of debt products.
Your new role - Oversee transaction execution and ensure deal documentation aligns with internal guidelines.
- Support the team with post-closing administrative tasks, including settlement processes and revenue recording
- Serve as the main point of contact for upkeep and management of the Syndicate database.
- Collaborate with the team to prepare and deliver market insights and commentary
What you'll need to succeed - Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university.
- 2+ years of experience in Debt Capital Markets syndication or sales and trading support role.
- Exceptional precision and strong capability at staying organised
- Able to handle and interpret substantial volumes of written and numerical information
- Comfortable working under time pressure and meeting tight turnaround times
- A self-driven individual who is proactive, ambitious, and focused on achieving results.
- Solid grasp of debt capital markets principles with strong quantitative and analytical abilities
- Excellent command of written English
- Skilled in using Excel and PowerPoint
