Your new role - Accountable for Operations Risk Reporting across Asia Operations.
- Support and oversee risk incidents, Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and outstanding issues/actions.
- Conduct risk monitoring and oversight
- Assist regional leaders in coordinating and engaging with regional stakeholders to ensure effective rollout and implementation of risk initiatives.
- Implement and enhance the Operational Control Framework.
What you'll need to succeed - Experience in operational processes and operational risk management in the financial industry
- At least 5 years of work experience in a related field
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
