We are currently looking for a Network Engineer for one of our clients, a leading technology solutions provider offering enterprise-grade infrastructure, networking, and security services across Hong Kong.

Your new role
  • Provide Level 2 technical support for multiple enterprise clients, handling escalated network incidents, troubleshooting, and service requests.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to routing, switching, WLAN, firewalls, and other network infrastructure components.
  • Perform root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and prepare detailed technical reports.
  • Assist in network configuration, deployment, and upgrade activities following vendor and industry best practices.
  • Conduct network performance monitoring, health checks, and firmware/OS updates.
  • Collaborate closely with L1, L3, presales, and engineering teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including configurations, diagrams, SOPs, and change logs.
  • Participate in scheduled maintenance windows and customer project support as required.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Higher Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 2-5 years' experience in network support, ideally in a vendor, SI, MSP, or enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco, HPE/Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet, or similar networking technologies.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, switching, routing protocols (OSPF/BGP), VLANs, VPN, and network security fundamentals.
  • Experience using network monitoring / ticketing tools.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA / CCNP / JNCIA / JNCIS / NSE) are highly preferred.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with enterprise customers.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, and able to work under minimal supervision.
