Your New Role - Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with business objectives.

- Lead and manage the IT function, including infrastructure, IT security, and application teams.
- Inspire and guide the IT team to achieve operational excellence and productivity.
- Oversee IT budgeting and ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
What You'll Need to Succeed - 10+ years of IT leadership experience with strong hands-on expertise.
- Proven track record of managing regional teams across APAC.
- Strong background in system deployment and project management.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
