About the team
The System Planning and Coordination Team 1 (SPCT1) is under the Project Management Office Section. SPCT1 is mainly responsible for system planning and coordination with users for requirement gathering of system developments, UAT support and inquiry/trouble shooting, and also acting as a window to our head office and other related department for any system related matter.
Role requirements
- Make a plan of EUC Systems Development and system project implementation.
- Collect, consolidate and analyze the detailed user requirements with planning team assistance.
- Transform detailed user requirement into possible EUC solution to make a requirement definition and design.
- Maintain User Help Desk, arrange internal training and UAT support for user.
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of own developed EUC Systems.
- Control and update the development related documents.
- Promote system projects (both of Head Office systems & EUCs).
Essential Functions
The business analysis plan, requirements management plan, business requirements document, functional requirements specification, business analysis communication plan, acceptance/evaluation criteria and user acceptance test cases, development related documents, etc.

Work experience, education and skills
- Bachelor Degree in IT or related discipline;
- More than 8 years experience in business analysis with project management exposure in banking industry;
- People management experience;
- Professional certification in Business Analysis and/or Project Management is required (such as, PMP, PRINCE2, COBIT, ITIL, etc);
- Good communication, analytical and presentation skills;
- Sound in MS Office applications; and
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese, fluency in Japanese an advantage;
