Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end campaign operations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including journey setup, automation scheduling, content preparation, and final deployment.
  • Coordinate and execute UAT activities by preparing test materials, performing seed list and QA checks, and validating production accuracy prior to launch.
  • Partner with the Data team to review and confirm audience segments, consent settings, and data readiness, strengthening segmentation logic and Data Cloud usage.
  • Oversee and troubleshoot automation jobs, working with Digital Marketing, Data, and IT stakeholders to ensure campaigns run reliably.
  • Maintain and update SOPs, checklists, UAT logs, and process documentation to support clear governance and consistent operations.
  • Compile campaign performance reports using Marketing Cloud Intelligence or similar dashboards, translating results into actionable insights.
  • Own and track campaign timelines by designing schedules, monitoring key milestones, and consolidating status for stakeholders.
  • Spot operational gaps and recommend realistic process or platform enhancements to strengthen the platform environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Over 3 years of practical experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including tools such as Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Content Builder.
  • Solid front-end scripting capability, particularly JSON, AMPscript, and basic HTML/CSS to support email development and personalization logic.
  • Good grasp of segmentation principles, data extensions, consent rules, and data readiness checks within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Understanding of backend and data transformation concepts; exposure to Python, SQL, or Salesforce Data Cloud is an added advantage.
  • High level of accuracy and organization, with the ability to follow structured workflows, perform thorough QA, and manage documentation.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with various stakeholders in a fast-moving, multi-party environment.
