As part of its transformation journey, the company is enhancing its procurement ecosystem and now seeks an experienced professional to lead the implementation and optimisation of core procurement platforms across the region.
Your new role
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Coupa P2P, T&E, and Contract Management system
- Act as the procurement process owner to define system configuration and workflows
- Ensure embedded processes comply with group standards and Bermuda regulations
- Coordinate UAT, training, and roll-out activities across business units
- Drive change management and cross-functional alignment with IT and Finance
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain, IT, or related field; advanced certification a plus
- 8-10 years' experience in procurement or project management (insurance/financial sector ideal)
- Strong project planning, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high accuracy
- Proficient in Coupa or similar procurement systems, plus strong Microsoft Office skills
