We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Client Onboarding & Regulatory Due Diligence (CORDS) team in Hong Kong. This role supports the Private Wealth Management business across the Asia Pacific region and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

What You'll Do
As an Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring clients are onboarded and reviewed in line with global and regional regulatory standards. Your responsibilities include:
  • Managing new client onboarding, periodic reviews, and trigger event assessments in accordance with regulatory requirements (including UK, Hong Kong, and Singapore guidelines).
  • Updating internal systems and databases with accurate client information and documentation.
  • Handling inquiries and ad hoc requests from internal stakeholders, including Compliance.
  • Collaborating closely with business teams, account managers, Compliance, and Operations from initiation to completion of reviews.
  • Managing workload effectively, especially during volume spikes, and supporting ad-hoc tasks or projects.
  • Staying informed and responsive to regulatory, policy, and procedural changes.

  • Quick learner who can grasp policies, procedures, systems, and controls

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree (minimum)
  • 1-2 years of work experience preferred
  • Prior experience in AML/KYC, customer due diligence, controls, or regulatory review processes is a plus
  • Knowledge of global KYC/CIP requirements (UK, U.S., Hong Kong, Singapore) supporting institutional or wealth management clients is highly desirable
