Supporting clients across settlement and custody, this role handles enquiries, builds strong relationships, and ensures smooth office operations. You'll manage admin tasks, maintain controls, assist with training, and help drive an efficient, client‑focused HK office.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle client enquiries and maintain an accurate log of all queries and complaints.
  • Identify the needs of prospective clients within assigned settlement and custody areas.
  • Provide solutions to customer queries and build strong client relationships to enhance loyalty.
  • Conduct occasional client visits and training sessions.
  • Support the Office Manager with clerical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations of the Hong Kong office.
  • Ensure internal control systems are functioning effectively and that office processes comply with company policies.
  • Review invoices and prepare reports on general expenses and petty cash.
  • Review, update, and improve administrative policies and procedures as needed.


Our Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline (or equivalent training).
  • 2-4 years of experience in the securities or banking industry; experience in a custodian bank or securities house is preferred.
  • Knowledge of settlement processes across multiple markets.
  • Understanding of income processing and corporate actions workflows.
  • Fluency in spoken Mandarin and Cantonese, with excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; customer‑focused and service‑oriented.
  • Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong teamwork and ability to adapt to the company's corporate culture.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
