Key Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to collect, document, and analyze business requirements related to distribution compensation.
Assess existing systems and processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Develop detailed use cases and user stories to clearly communicate requirements to development teams.
Serve as the liaison between business units and offshore development teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.
Define and align SIT and UAT approaches and schedules, ensuring solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
Assist in project planning, monitoring, and reporting on progress, risks, and issues.
Coordinate resource planning with offshore teams and help upskill team capabilities to meet Hong Kong team expectations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Insurance industry.
Experience in working on Digital transformation project is a big plus.
- Solid knowledge on life insurance is required.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Demonstrated proficient presentation and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese and English, including the ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
