A leading global market infrastructure and securities services provider is seeking an experienced
AVP, Relationship Management to support and grow institutional client relationships in
Hong Kong and the broader North Asia region.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of key financial institution clients, ensuring high service standards while identifying opportunities to deepen wallet share and drive new business. Acting as a senior point of contact, you will coordinate closely with internal product, operations and regional teams to deliver solutions across custody, settlement and collateral-related services.
Key Responsibilities - Own and develop strategic relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-sell and new business opportunities
- Deliver client presentations and proposals tailored to institutional needs
- Oversee service quality, resolve operational issues and manage client enquiries
- Partner with product teams to promote securities services and digital solutions
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML and internal governance standards
- Stay current on market developments and competitor activity
Requirements - Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 6–8 years experience in securities services, custody, or banking
- Strong understanding of settlement, corporate actions and institutional servicing
- Solid knowledge of KYC/AML frameworks and onboarding processes
- Established relationships within financial institutions preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin for internal & external communications and engagement
- Strong analytical mindset with a client-centric approach
- Willingness to travel as required
