Our client, who is a financial technology services provider with market leading, proprietary products, to locate suitable candidates for Digital Marketing Manager position.

Your Scope

  • Full-process operation of the company's digital media marketing, covering major mainland platforms (WeChat Business Account, WeChat Video Account, Douyin, and Xiaohongshu, etc) and Hong Kong platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Responsible for promotional content for the company, covering digital media copywriting (official website copywriting, Video Account copywriting, Douyin copywriting, etc.), event copywriting, promotional brochures, etc.
  • Responsible for advertising placement, including budget planning, placement targeting, data monitoring, effect review and optimization
  • Coordinate KOL/KOC collaborations, including selection, negotiation, execution, results monitoring and analysis
  • Ensuring compliance adherence of digital media content according to regulatory standards of Hong Kong and Mainland China financial industries

Your Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital media operations, with practical experience operating on mainstream platforms in Mainland China and Hong Kong; experience in the financial industry or copywriting; experience in copywriting for quantitative finance or securities companies is preferred.
  • Possess content planning and implementation capabilities; clear thinking; able to combine the characteristics of both market platforms to produce content that aligns with brand tone, professionalism, and communicability.
  • Familiar with the logic of various new media advertising placements; experience in placement and optimization; able to control placement effectiveness.
  • Experience in KOL/KOC collaboration; experience in collaborating with KOLs in the financial sector is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin

  • 负责编写并优化公司各类宣传内容,包括新媒体文案(官网、视频号、抖音等)、品牌传播文案、活动文案、宣传册等物料。
  • 承担平台广告投放的全流程管理,涵盖预算制定、投放策略、数据监控、效果分析与优化调整。
  • 统筹 KOL/KOC 合作,包括资源筛选、沟通洽谈、合作执行、效果跟踪,总体搭建和完善公司的 KOL 合作体系
  • 参与公司各类品牌活动的策划与落地,并负责活动相关文案(如邀请函、主持稿、宣传文章等)的撰写、修改与定稿
  • 确保新媒体内容符合监管要求,遵循香港与内地金融行业的宣传规范,有效规避传播风险。

职位要求 :

  • 3年及以上数字化媒体运营经验,熟悉内地与香港主要平台的实际运营;具有金融行业从业或文案经验,拥有量化金融或证券类机构文案经验者优先。
  • 具备内容策划与落地能力,逻辑清晰,能够结合两地平台特性输出符合品牌调性、专业度及传播需求的内容
  • 熟悉各类数字化媒体广告投放、优化经验,有效评估与提升投放效果
  • KOL/KOC合作对接经验,有与金融领域KOL合作经验者优先。
