Responsibilities of the Role:
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent IT infrastructure and workplace technology projects within an enterprise environment.
- Oversee end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle: planning, scheduling, execution, risk management, stakeholder updates, and project closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Infrastructure, Security, Workplace Technology, and Business Units to ensure seamless execution.
- Support project activities involving environment design, system enhancements, device management, and user‑related transitions.
- Drive progress tracking, documentation, vendor coordination, and project governance reporting.
- Act as the key liaison between technical teams and business users, ensuring clear expectations, issue resolution, and smooth rollout.
- Work closely with technical leads to understand high‑level architecture, dependencies, and implementation requirements.
- Support planning around system builds, configuration changes, device readiness, migration phases, and operational transition.

Required Skills for the Role:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record delivering full lifecycle projects including planning, execution, risk management, rollout, and BAU transition.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a structured and methodical way.
- Strong capability in timeline management and driving progress despite complex technical dependencies.
- Excellent bilingual communication skills (English and Cantonese), with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Solid stakeholder management experience across Infrastructure, Security, Workplace Technology, and different business units
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure and end‑user technologies, ideally within a Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Intune, etc.).
- Familiarity with desktop environments, device lifecycle management, configuration concepts, and system readiness for deployment.
