Job description
1. Work with our Software Resellers, National System Integrators, Cloud System Integrators, Service Partners, Software Partners to achieve partnership business objectives.
2. Recruit, develop and manage OceanBase partners for China to Global Partner(especially ISV of Fintech Industry)
3. Design, launch, reiterate partnership programs.
4. Establish partner plan based on the market characteristics of your assigned market for China to Global Partner and carry out regional partner expansion.
5. Drive partner sales development through regular pipeline, opportunity registration and business reviews with partners to manage progress against business plan and core KPIs.
6. Improve sales and technical service abilities of partners, and help partners achieve their performance goals.
7. Have excellent sales ability, and be willing to empower the sales team of partners with sales skills, industry knowledge, and business opportunity promotion experience.
Job Requirement
1. Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams including direct and channel marketing, solution architect teams, product management and account management teams.
2. >8 years of partner sales and/or alliance development experience in the information technology field.
3. Possess current relationship with resellers, system integrators partners covering Fintech ISV is a plus.
4. Track record engaging and influencing senior executives and familiarity with decision making processes in enterprise customers.
5. Passion and energy to strive in a dynamic, disruptive, fast pace and energetic environment.
6. Keen market sense, excellent business negotiation ability with ability to design and present business plans, track and articulate program progress.
7. Working knowledge with database and/or cloud computing fields.
8. Willingness and ability to travel regularly for work.
9. Good proficiency with English and Mandarin. Basic Thai, Bahasa Indonesia/Malaysia proficiency would be an advantage.
