Business Analysis Manager/ Senior Manager - Leading Bank

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business and user requirements analysis.

• Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams to ensure accurate requirement definition and implementation.

• Develop test plans, and coordinate user acceptance (UAT) and regression testing.

• Provide ongoing support and consultancy to business users.

• Oversee IT project execution, monitor progress, and resolve project-related issues.

• Manage project budgets and handle procurement activities.

• Participate in risk assessments for new product launches.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in business analysis preferred.

• Hands-on experience with interbank clearing systems (RTGS, CMU, DvP) OR Corporate Banking, Global Custodian Services is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of the system development life cycle, data flow, and UAT processes.

• Excellent analytical, reporting, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.
