Key Responsibilities
- Perform exploratory and advanced analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights across customer behavior and business performance.
- Analyze complex data challenges and provide data‑driven solutions to support operational and strategic initiatives.
- Develop datasets, perform data extraction and transformation using Python, SQL, and other analytical tools.
- Build dashboards and visualization reports to communicate findings clearly, preferably using Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical approaches and ensure insights are actionable.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5-7 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Industry experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage but not required.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience managing and analyzing large datasets.
- Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Ability to interpret business needs, design analytical methods, and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Experience working with customer data, digital touchpoints, or performance analytics.
- Familiarity with statistical methods, modeling concepts, or BI/reporting best practices.
