How will you make an impact in this role? The Intern, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, forecasting, performance tracking, and business partnering within a dynamic environment. As a strategic partner to senior leadership, our team provides accurate, timely, and data-driven insights that link financial results to business performance. This role is ideal for students who are eager to deepen their financial skill set, learn from experienced professionals, and make a real impact over the summer.
Key Responsibilities - Prepare and consolidate monthly reporting packages, variance analyses, and visual summaries for Asia Cluster financial presentations.
- Liaise with various stakeholders in Marketing, Product, Acquisition, and other functions across Asia markets to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and support forecasting and budgeting tasks.
- Conduct and present financial analytical project(s) related to Credit Card portfolios, summarizing findings into clear insights and presenting them to stakeholders to support strategic decision-making, recommendations and business growth opportunities.
- Perform research and data analysis to help senior leaders navigate market dynamics and understand risks and opportunities.
- Support the team on a variety of analytical, reporting, and process-improvement tasks as business needs arise.
Skills and Qualifications - Undergraduate in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics or related Business discipline, preferably Year 3 or Final year student
- Strong accountability, and good time management
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Positive attitude with eagerness to contribute, learn and think outside the box
- Comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization, and ability to work independently
- Proficient in MS office tools, knowledge of any programming language would be advantage
