Your new role - You will oversee the bank's data strategy, governance framework and management information systems.
- You will drive the enhancement of data quality, availability and reliability across the organisation.
- You will lead the development and delivery of data products, analytics solutions and reporting frameworks.
- You will partner with business and operations units to embed data as a strategic asset.
- You will identify new data sources and opportunities to generate business value through insights.
- You will expand analytical capabilities, research emerging technologies and support digital innovation.
- You will manage sourcing of external data to ensure quality, usability and cost efficiency.
- You will oversee statutory, management and forecasting reports for internal and head office requirements.
What you'll need to succeed - Bachelor's degree or above
- At least 10 years' experience in data analytics, data management or related areas within banking/financial services
- Strong technical understanding of data governance, analytics frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Broad knowledge of banking products, operations and business processes
- Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English
