Our client, a leading insurance group in Hong Kong, is undergoing major digital transformation and urgently requires an experienced Project Manager to drive a high-impact system integration project
Project Highlights:
- Lead end-to-end integration between Point of Sale (POS) system and broker management system
- Focus on seamless data flow, API connectivity, compliance (HK insurance regs), and smooth go-live
- 1-year initial contract with strong likelihood of extension / conversion based on performance
Key Responsibilities:
- Own full project lifecycle: planning, stakeholder alignment, vendor management, risk mitigation, and delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, business, brokers, external partners) using agile/hybrid approaches
- Manage timelines, budget, UAT, and post-go-live support
- Provide clear reporting to senior leadership
What We're Looking For :
- 8-12+ years in project management, ideally with insurance/fintech/digital transformation experience
- Proven track record in system integration projects (POS, broker platforms, APIs, middleware, cloud)
- Fluent in Cantonese and English (Mandarin advantageous) - essential for local stakeholder engagement
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certification highly preferred
