Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Loan Sales Specialist to join our Private Credit & Asset Management team. This role is responsible for driving loan syndication and private credit fundraising efforts, as well as expanding distribution channels across banks, institutional investors, and private funds. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationships within the credit investor ecosystem and a successful track record in placing structured loans and private credit instruments.
What's Your Role - Lead the sales and distribution of bilateral, club, and syndicated loan transactions to banks, institutional investors, and private funds.
- Market and raise capital for private credit funds and related investment vehicles.
- Execute primary loan syndication and secondary loan trading activities.
- Stay informed on market pricing, investor sentiment, and liquidity developments.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with institutional LPs, family offices, and other key investor groups.
- Prepare fundraising materials, investor presentations, and due diligence documentation.
- Provide market insights and investor feedback to support product positioning and fund strategy.
- Broaden investor coverage across key regions, including Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East.
What You'll Need to Do - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in loan sales, syndication, private credit fundraising, or debt capital markets distribution.
- Well-established network among institutional investors (banks, insurers, asset managers, credit funds, family offices).
- Demonstrated success in executing syndicated loan placements or capital-raising mandates.
- Strong understanding of credit products, loan documentation, and market practices.
- SFC Type 1 or Type 9 license (or equivalent) is an advantage.
