We are currently partnering with our client to identify a talented SME Banking Product Manager to join their expanding team. This role is ideal for a driven professional with solid experience in SME lending products and a passion for shaping innovative solutions that support business growth.
Work Location: Hong Kong Island
Salary Range: HKD 45,000 - 60,000 per month
Purpose
- Shape and implement strategic and operational initiatives that support the bank's broader direction
- Oversee the SME loan portfolio to achieve business goals and P&L targets
- Drive the creation and enhancement of SME lending products
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with both internal stakeholders and external collaborators to manage multiple projects and deliver business outcomes
- Formulate and roll out strategies covering client propositions, customer segmentation, pricing models and channel plans to support revenue and profitability goals
- Elevate customer satisfaction by introducing innovative product ideas, streamlined processes and user‑centric features
- Coordinate closely with functions such as Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance and Operations to assess feasibility, align requirements and ensure timely delivery of product initiatives
- Maintain adherence to applicable regulatory standards and internal policies
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SME product development or product management
- Strong command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
