  • Ensure all documents—including investment memos, legal agreements, and due diligence materials—are organized, accessible, and up to date.
  • Uphold rigorous data governance standards, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality across all systems.
  • Develop and deliver sophisticated presentations, reports, and documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attend high-profile meetings, accurately capturing minutes and synthesizing key discussions and action items.
  • Prepare materials for investor communications, board meetings, and strategic reviews.
  • Provide strategic administrative support to the Group Director of Operations, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a similar role, preferably within real estate, investment, or financial services.
  • Experience supporting post-merger integration, IT projects, or ESG initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or Trello), virtual collaboration software (e.g., Zoom, Teams), and virtual data room platforms (e.g., Intralinks, Diligent, or Box).
