We are supporting a major banking client undergoing significant investment in their infrastructure and storage landscape. As part of this growth, we are hiring across multiple roles within their storage team. These positions offer exposure to large-scale, mission-critical environments and the chance to work with a wide range of storage technologies depending on your background.
Whether your experience is in
SAN,
NAS/File Services,
Backup & Data Protection, or a combination of storage disciplines, there are openings that align with different strengths and levels.
Available Roles SAN / Block Storage Engineering Focus on enterprise storage platforms, fabric operations, LUN provisioning, capacity management, performance tuning, incident support, and participation in upgrade/migration activities.
NAS / File Services Engineering Support multi-protocol file environments, snapshots/replication management, integration with Linux/VM platforms, and day-to-day operations of file services.
Data Protection / Backup Engineering Manage enterprise backup platforms, restore operations, retention policies, compliance, and DR readiness, while ensuring high reliability of backup infrastructure.
What We're Looking For - Background in storage engineering (SAN, NAS, or Backup/Data Protection)
- Experience supporting enterprise environments or large infrastructure platforms
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to document processes and communicate effectively with technical teams
- Interest in developing deeper expertise within a banking-scale storage function
Nice to Have: - Exposure to automation/scripting
- Experience in large financial institutions
- Understanding of DR, replication, or capacity planning
