The Role:
They are actively seeking an Administrative Officer/ Senior Officer to join their organically growing team.
Candidates with agency distribution experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end licensing process for individual agents, including new registrations, renewals, cancellations, and CPD tracking for both HKIA and MPFA.
- Validate recruitment offers and ensure the completeness of application packages.
- Review assessment forms and income calculations for organic recruits prepared by team members.
- Support visa applications for new recruits and handle visa renewals for existing agents.
- Address recruitment-related inquiries from agency channels and explain contractual documents to agents and agency leaders.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (Distribution, Finance, and Agency) to maintain accurate system records and facilitate bonus payment arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of bilingual contractual documents.
- Review and update bilingual agency manuals and guidelines.
Essential Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 1 year working experience in business support and administration area within the Insurance industry
- Experience/exposure to agency registration, contracting, recruitment functions, agency administration, or distribution support is highly regarded
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
