Role Summary
A well-known global insure is seeking a Business Analyst to support and drive digital transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving planning, solution design, delivery and quality while engaging stakeholders and continuously improving the product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as digital business analyst for AI/GenAI/LLM and reporting solutions; manage end‑to‑end delivery including planning, requirements, solution design, testing and release.
- Coordinate with IT, vendors and business partners to implement and maintain models and integrations.
- Monitor model and product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive iterative enhancements.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, translate business needs into clear requirements, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation (requirements, use cases, test plans, runbooks, release notes).
- Conduct market research to keep abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in AI, data and knowledge management; promote innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, STEM or related field.
- 6+ years' experience in consulting, business analysis or project/program delivery, preferably in financial services (banking/insurance).
- Proven experience delivering large, complex digital/technology projects, ideally involving AI or advanced analytics.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to align technology with business objectives and OKRs.
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills; able to drive delivery and make decisions independently.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams across multiple workstreams.
