Your new role
- Performing functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) for customer service platforms, tools, and new features
- Developing and maintaining detailed test cases, documenting results, and reporting issues with clarity and precision
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system bugs or usability concerns
- Providing user‑centric feedback to enhance system design and the overall customer experience
- Participating in system rollouts and conducting post-launch reviews
- Handling customer inquiries via live chat and email to gain firsthand understanding of customer journeys and system behaviors
- Supporting other ad-hoc operational tasks as required
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related discipline (preferred)
- Experience in UAT, system support, or customer service operations is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- A user‑focused mindset and passion for improving customer experience
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
