Job Title: Receptionist at Harbour City VIP Centre

Location: Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, HK

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the on-site service ambassador for the Clients VIP Center, ensuring exceptional service for VIP clients and esteemed business partners.
  • Assist with reservation-related issues and address any technical equipment or facility concerns to maintain seamless operation of the conference room.
  • Handle visitor inquiries, manage incoming calls, and perform various administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Collaborate with the General Management Team and Property Office to ensure the VIP Center meets high standards.
  • Monitor the usage of meeting rooms and prepare periodic reports on their usage.
  • Participate in ad hoc tasks and events as needed.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9 hours within 9 AM to 7 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Saturday: 9 AM to 1 PM

We are open to three types of applicants:

  1. That will be able to work Mondays to Saturdays (Sat is half day)- at higher pay
  2. Those only working Mondays to Fridays (9am-7pm daily with O/T pay)
  3. Students and others seeking part -time work on Saturdays, 9.00am to 13.00pm plus some O/T pay)

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service preferred; experience in the financial or insurance sectors is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Customer-focused with a pleasant demeanor, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of working effectively under pressure.
