What You'll Do As a key member of the Expense Management Team, you will:
- Analyze and report expense trends, patterns, and variances for management decision-making.
- Compute, classify, and record financial data to ensure complete and accurate records.
- Deep dive into reporting workbooks to streamline, align, and enhance data consistency across multiple teams.
- Ensure compliance with expense and travel policies through reviews and controls.
- Collaborate daily with professionals across Investment Banking, Global Capital Markets, and supporting units.
- Present insights that help shape cost-control initiatives and operational strategies.
What We're Looking For Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in quantitative data analysis and complex problem-solving
- Fluency in English and Cantonese (including reading ability)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel skills such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data modeling are essential)
