Your new role
  • Performing functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) for customer service platforms, tools, and new features
  • Developing and maintaining detailed test cases, documenting results, and reporting issues with clarity and precision
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system bugs or usability concerns
  • Providing user-centric feedback to enhance system design and the overall customer experience
  • Participating in system rollouts and conducting post-launch reviews
  • Handling customer inquiries via live chat and email to gain firsthand understanding of customer journeys and system behaviors
  • Supporting other ad-hoc operational tasks as required


What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related discipline (preferred)
  • Experience in UAT, system support, or customer service operations is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A user-focused mindset and passion for improving customer experience
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
