Responsibilities

  • Serve as the trusted financial advisor to the APAC regional teams, providing data-driven insights to support critical business decisions.

  • Drive the weekly, quarterly, and annual sales planning cycles for the retailing and online channel. This includes setting ambitious yet achievable KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities, forecasting trends, and evaluating the financial impact of new business initiatives.

  • Take full ownership of all financial planning processes for the retailing and online channel, and monthly forecasts, as well as management of functional costs.

  • Partner with business leaders to cultivate strong financial discipline, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize channel profitability.

  • Develop and maintain robust revenue and cost-tracking models to monitor the performance of all business initiatives.

  • Proactively partner with regional, international, and global FP&A teams to identify process improvements, streamline workflows, and enhance forecast accuracy

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis and reporting within fast-paced, dynamic environments. You hold a University degree in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration, and a CPA designation is required.

  • You have a strong understanding of the retailing and e-commerce landscape.

  • You are comfortable with modern planning and reporting tools. Experience with Hyperion, PowerBI, or other large ERP systems is a strong asset
