Our client is a leading PE, and they are seeking for an experienced Finance Manager to join the team.
The Role
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for portfolio companies.
- Oversee budget preparation and forecast models to support investment decisions.
- Investment Analysis:
- Conduct due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including financial modeling and valuation analysis.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial performance metrics.
- Monitoring and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures in line with best practices.
- Team Leadership:
- Mentor and supervise junior finance staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, operations, and investor relations.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as a liaison between finance and investment teams, delivering insightful reports and presentations to stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.
